Who we are

Envisioned by Alan and Lesley Taylor after raising their family on the property, Twinstreams Estate has evolved into a tapestry of collective elements embracing nature, life and wellbeing. Central to this is Friends Café, Core360 foundation of fitness, Play360 padel, Wellness360 health professionals, a beauty salon, and our latest addition, Solum Spa.

The couple has a passion for life that extends beyond the boundaries of their home on the property. They have worked tirelessly to create a vibrant Lowveld hub where visitors can enjoy a slice of health. Nestled between the two constantly flowing streams of the Gladdespruit and Nels River, Twinstreams Welcomes You.

Just minutes from central Nelspruit, Twinstreams Collective is set in landscaped, indigenous gardens and sprawling lawns, with an array of botanical diversity on the river edge. It’s a space for real experiences, grounded in nature.

There is no entrance fee, parking is free and secure. There is a 4km trail for walking, running and mountain biking, carved into natural bush guiding you to the top of a spectacular granite dome with stunning views from sunrise to sunset.

Every visit is a chance to evoke a sense of wellbeing, to move and reconnect, rooted in nature for real, meaningful experiences. It’s a whole days outing with something for everyone, specifically curated to improve our quality of life.

Relaxed Dining in Nelspruit

Anchored within the Twinstreams Collective, family owned Friends Café is renowned for authentic dining using carefully selected locally sourced ingredients. The honest flavours are prepared by an experienced team of chefs and bakers, and served by the friendliest staff. Restaurant Manager, Esmarie Baird ensures that the signature dishes including lamb shank and butterflied prawns, wholesome breakfasts like Eggs Benedict, Vu’s carrot cake and fresh scones, never disappoint.

Enjoy the best LaVazza cappuccino in town, a sundowner cocktail under the umbrellas, or fireside glass of wine. Friends Café is pet friendly, and a kids play area ensures fun for the whole family. Open daily 08h00 ‘till late, except Mondays and Christmas Day.

Friends Café can accommodate groups of varying sizes for wedding receptions, baby showers, bridal teas, birthdays, corporate events and year end functions. Indoor dining is set among African artefacts sourced over many years and original art by family member Gavin Taylor.

Play360 brings people together through exciting padel tournaments, family activities, and social gatherings. Our popular Americano format keeps the games lively, with partners changing each match for a fair shot at the leader board.

After the action, enjoy tasty bites from Friends Café or relax at the clubhouse with cold drinks. Children can enjoy the trampoline and play area, while we also offer kids’ padel lessons, private coaching, and birthday parties for unforgettable fun.
